Evans Bailey Elected to Alabama Law Institute
Evans Bailey was elected as a member of the Alabama Law Institute (“ALI”) in January 2024. The election is for a six year term that will expire in 2030. The purpose of the ALI is to clarify and simplify the laws of the State of Alabama, revise laws that are out-of-date, and fill in gaps in laws that may be confusing. ALI membership is made up of only 150 of the 15,000 members of the Alabama State Bar. More information about the ALI can be found here.
