Mr. Eskridge joined the firm in 1997 and attained shareholder status in 2002. He is a member of the real estate practice group and currently serves as vice president of the firm. His practice encompasses a wide range of real estate law, including commercial real estate, real estate development, financial and title. After graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1995, he practiced law with a Birmingham firm in addition to developing real estate.
Mr. Eskridge has represented lenders, developers, and syndicators in numerous affordable housing, historic redevelopment and market rate projects, with emphasis on tax credit projects. He routinely handles various real estate transactions, developments and leasing, including shopping centers, apartments, office buildings, condominiums, residential properties, agricultural properties, warehouse properties, timberland and recreational properties.

Mr. Eskridge is a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Montgomery, where he previously served as a member of the Vestry, Junior Warden, and Senior Warden. He is also a past board member of the Central Alabama Chapter of the Red Cross and the Montgomery Humane Society.
