Mrs. Archer joined the firm as an associate in 2017. Her practice is devoted to civil litigation with a primary focus on medical malpractice.
Mrs. Archer received her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from The University of Alabama in 2014. She received her Juris Doctorate from The University of Alabama School of Law in 2017. While attending law school, Mrs. Archer was a member of the Trial Advocacy Competition team and competed in three competitions. She received the George Peach Taylor Award in recognition of outstanding performance on the trial competition team.
Recent Practice Highlights
With Shareholder Evans Bailey, recently won a summary judgment in a products liability action involving the use of a hair relaxer. Their motion on behalf of the manufacturer and the retailer argued that the hair care product was not defective, had been used improperly, and came to the supplier in a sealed container. The case was before Judge Greg Griffin in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Alabama.

Mrs. Archer attends Trinity Presbyterian Church. She is a member of the Montgomery-Lowndes County University of Alabama Alumni Association, the Junior League of Montgomery, the Junior Board of Magic Moments and the Junior Board of Child Protect.
