Ginny is originally from Jackson, Alabama. She received her Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, from Troy University in 2019. She received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2022. While in law school, Ginny served on the editorial board of the Alabama Civil Rights & Civil Liberties Law Review, was a member of the Moot Court Board, competed on the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, and was selected to join the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society.
