Mr. Eskridge joined the firm in 1997 and attained shareholder status in 2002. He is a member of the real estate practice group and currently serves on the firm’s management committee. His practice encompasses a wide range of real estate law, including commercial real estate, real estate development, financial and title, and residential real estate. After graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1995, he practiced law with a Birmingham firm in addition to developing real estate in Prattville, Alabama.
Mr. Eskridge has represented lenders, developers, and syndicators in numerous affordable housing, historic redevelopment and market rate projects, with emphasis on tax credit projects. He routinely handles various real estate transactions, developments and leasing, including shopping centers, apartments, office buildings, condominiums, residential properties, agricultural properties, warehouse properties, timberland and recreational properties.

Negotiated retail leases with national tenants on behalf of clients

Mr. Eskridge is a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Montgomery, where he currently serves as a member of the Vestry. He is also a past board member of the Central Alabama Chapter of the Red Cross and the Montgomery Humane Society.
