Mr. Davis joined the firm as an associate in 2009. His practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, UCC secured transactions and environmental law. Mr. Davis’ practice also includes title examination and title insurance in connection with the sale and acquisition of real property. He also routinely represents lenders and other creditors in commercial and residential foreclosure actions and loan default workout transactions.
Prior to law school, Mr. Davis worked in commercial banking where he worked with several of the state’s largest privately owned corporations, helping to provide working capital financing, equipment and real estate financing, and other structured financing.
Mr. Davis earned his undergraduate degree in finance from Auburn University and his juris doctorate from the Cumberland School of Law.

Represented purchaser in the acquisition of commercial investment property
Represented and advised secured lender in a borrower default of multiple financing arrangements
Mr. Davis is currently a member of the 2010 Montgomery’s Torchbearer Leadership Class.
Mr. Davis is a member of the Volunteer Lawyers Program and represents indigent parties in various legal matters. He is currently participating in the Montgomery’s Torchbearers Leadership Class, and he served as an account executive for the 2009 United Way annual campaign.
